The 5th Session China International Software and Information Service Fair was opened in Dalian

On June 21, the 5th session of China International Software and Information service Fair was opened in Dalian World Expo Center. Addressed by vice minister of commerce Yi Xiaozhun that China’s government pay more attention to develop software and information service industry which was set forth the important content of Eleventh Five-Year Plan; software and information service were the high internationalization industry and its development and strength needed widely and deepen international communication and cooperation, China’s Software Fair was the important platform to afford this responsibility.

The main content of this exhibition can be divided five parts as independent innovation, international cooperation, talent communication, fund link, profession application; expo area has remained 30,000 square meter. Over 10 country’s government officials, 700 global enterprises and relevant representatives felt the dramatic development of China’s software industry as well as the discussion on the future trend of world software industry, complot innovation and win-win.

Ministry of Commerce and EDS signed the strategic and cooperation memo on that day. Yi Xiaozhun stated we wished to develop widely cooperation on the basis of mutual benefit with multinational corporation like EDS, to fully tap the increasing potential of market in service industry.

In order to accelerate the development of China’s service trade industry, Ministry of Commerce and EDS will develop the strategic cooperation in three fields. First we work hard to strengthen the international propaganda for China’s service trade together .Second; we need to hold the high forum and conference to discuss the opportunity and challenge of China’s industry development and corresponding measure. Third, we held talent educational project for service trade to foster them face international market.

Yi Xiaozhun wished the two sides detail the cooperation content step by step and implement agreement and truly putting decisions into efforts.
